Prerequisites
Completion of the course Organization International Festival Management I, Organization International Festival Management II, Project I - complex realization and team leading - festival SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER in the winter semester and concurrent participation in the subject Project I - complex realization and team leading - festival SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER during the summer.

Course objectives
The aim is to test practically the preparation and planning phase implemented in the framework of seminars Project I - complex realization and team leading - festival SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER. Test students' competence acquired in theoretical courses in managerial team practice under the supervision of teachers.
Learning outcomes
After graduating the subject student is capable of:
- Financial management: budgeting, fundraising, accounting;
- Managed marketing and public relations;
- Legal ensuring of International theatre festival;
- Personal management of the festival: organisational structure, leadership;
- Communication management;
- Event planning, problems solving, evaluation and feedback on top management level;
- Collaboration and interdisciplinary communication;
- Active use of programs: SWOT, LogFrame, MindManager,MS Project, Gantt Chart Builder System, Adobe Akrobat Standard, Adobe Illustrator a Screen OCR.
Syllabus
  • Students practically implement planned activities as members of festival organizational team within the preparatory week, festival week and postproduction week. They are engaged at the top organizational level of the festival team and their responsibilities and powers are implemented on a project implementing relevant festival. Performance of practical activities ranges from operative problem solving, evaluation and feedback, teamwork and collaboration to interdisciplinary communication.

Credit for the participation in festival according to the evaluation of the performance brought by the teacher and coordinator of the festival SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER.
