- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to teach students to apply knowledge gained in law to specific managerial situations. Solve standard legal agent in contracts, corporate law and copyright.

- Znalosti: - student je schopen samostatně identifikovat množinu právních otázek řešeného problému Dovednosti: - student nalezne a samostatně aplikuje příslušné právní normy - vypracuje návrh řešení právních otázek a to variantně se zdůvodněním jím vybraného řešení Kompetence: - student ji ověří vlastní schopnost seznámit poučený kolektiv s problematikou řešené situace a ve formě prezentace představit možná řešení se zdůvodněním výběru jím navrhované varianty - je schopen reagovat na otázky zúčastněných studentů a pedagoga.
- Syllabus
- Legal analysis of managerial activities organized by students within the major field projects, finding appropriate legal solutions and its processing into desired or optimal ways. This is done through seminar work and public defense of the seminar. Students thus not only resolves the situation arising from their own specific projects, processes and tasks necessary for problem solving projects with other students, or the desired model situace.V during the semester is processed 6 topics teacher entered.

- teaching methods Regular classes * Number of contact hours per week: 1 * Number of hours per week the student's self: 3 Teaching methods: Student gets entered the seminary one specific management problem in practice commonly occurring. First, identify potential legal problems and solved them selected project management while engaging in similar identification of other students. It teaches promote legal solutions to common management practices. Eventually, brings proposed solutions, which presents a properly-articulated again in discussion with other students for feedback reflection accuracy of the solution provided by the instructor. Thus then consulted to resolve complex processes in the essay.
