Course objectives
Get work experience in different sections of the festival's board as a preparation for the future management of the cultural festival. Learning to communicate with the supervisory authority of the festival SETKÁNÍ / ENCOUNTER Festival Council. Verify and strengthen competencies in the management team - a branch of the festival (sections).
Syllabus
  • The course is both semesters in the third year of a bachelor's degree in Theatre Management. If necessary cooperation with the field of stage technology may be subject to a student enrolled in this field. The course is a practical project to verify the theoretical knowledge and builds on students' previous experience gained in the course Organisation of the International Theatre Festival and the International Theatre Festival. Member of the core team of student council of the festival is dedicated to: - The management of his festival team (organizational section) - Communication with the student coordinator of the festival SEKTÁNÍ / ENCOUNTER, which is subordinován, - For his section carries out all stages of project management: Project preparation (carried out in the course Organisation of the International Theatre Festival in the summer semester of the previous academic year)- All members of the student council of the festival is involved in the preparation of the future of the arrangements for the festival (its organizational structure and staffing) - Along with members of the Section will prepare a project plan and goals for its section and shall, together with the student coordinator of the festival's synergy in the overall project plan festival MEETING / ENCOUNTER, whilst respecting the statute of the International Festival of Theatre Schools MEETING / ENCOUNTER, - Present the project plan section Festival series of meetings / ENCOUNTER, - A requirement for assessment: Project Plan Section 1. 6. surrendered to the summer semester of the previous academic year (see exam requirements for the subject Organization International Theatre Festival) project management (carried out in the course of senior team student festival board) - Fulfills the obligations Section manager and manages his team, - Shares and consult within the scope of the Organization of International Theatre festivulu called. "Little Festival Board"),- Fulfills its project plan and section of the festival, in pursuance of the objectives of the project adapts project plan based on current real environmental conditions. - Section values to both processes implemented within the section and their relation to the overall running of the festival MEETING / ENCOUNTER, hand members of his team (see also the requirements for the examination for the course team of senior student council festival) POST (power on in the course member core team of student council festival) - As head of the section responsible for forwarding all project documentation to the incoming team of organizers of the festival MEETING / ENCOUNTER, - Part of the project documentation is clear and concretised inventory of post-production activities, which forwards incoming head of the relevant section of the festival.

Assessment methods
WINTER SEMESTER Credit based on: * Surrendered and negotiated documents: - October: revised project plan organizational section of the festival MEETING / ENCOUNTER, which is discussed with all members of the sectional team and all members of the core team of student festival board - December: 1) The interim report on the implementation of the project, which contains captured changes to the original project plan. Unless these changes affect other activities section contains interim report project plan adapted to the appropriate section. 2) a written evaluation of the activities of individual team members section of the proposed assessment based on ECTS evaluation scale.* Attendance at the Session of the festival board, * Implemented in consultation with the instructor of the course, * Fulfillment of individual goals of the project plan appropriate organizational section of the festival MEETING / ENCOUNTER, * Evaluation of the student coordinator of the festival.SUMMER SEMESTER Credit based on: * Surrendered and negotiated documents: - May: 1) The final report on the implementation of the project relevant organizational section of the festival MEETING / ENCOUNTER, which has been discussed with all members of the sectional team and all members of the core team of student festival board, including recommendations for next year's festival, 2) a list of post-production activities, including details and contacts for emerging organizational section of the festival, 3) a written evaluation of the activities of individual team members' section of the proposed assessment based on ECTS evaluation scale 4) The basis for the final report of the festival SETKÁNÍ / ENCOUNTER for the appropriate organizational section. Attendance at the Session of the festival board, * Implemented in consultation with the instructor of the course, * Fulfillment of individual goals of the project plan appropriate organizational section of the festival MEETING / ENCOUNTER, * Evaluation of the student coordinator of the festival, * Consultations provided to the incoming head of the relevant section.
