- The aim of the course is to familiarize students to the first year with other students in bachelor study programs, teachers and rules and activities of Theater Production and Stage Technology. To work on joint projects, team dynamics are decisive, and it is vital for students to meet each other. The subject also serves for the active blending of students of both specializations. The aim for the third year is to prepare a presentation of the SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER festival, ie. a presentation of festival history and present, of organizational team and goals for the next year, that will be primarily organized by students of third grade in the positions of section leaders. They should encourage students of the first year to cooperate on the festival and provide them with enough information to be able to integrate into one of the organizational units of the festival.
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of the course student:
- will know students of the first grade,
- will understand the pitfalls of motivation for a large-scale project with which newcomers do not have personal experience,
- will know better students in the 2nd grade, their willingness to accept commitments, their influence on team dynamics, - Syllabus

The aim is to enable undergraduate and masters students to to become acquainted with newcomers -students of first year of both study specialisation of Theatre Management study programme and to create conditions for future cooperative teams.

- Course objectives
- Students of third year of a bachelor's degree prepare a "peer to peer" presentation of major production projects undertaken at DIFA JAMU, especially the International Festival of Theatre Schools MEETING / ENCOUNTER. The aim is to enable undergraduate and masters students to to become acquainted with newcomers -students of first year of both study specialisation of Theatre Management study programme and to create conditions for future cooperative teams.
