After successfully completing his/her studies the graduate is able to:
- they are able to name a problem and choose and defend their own procedures;
- they can work in a team and effectively communicate with its members;
- they are able to take responsibility for their tasks;
- they know how to manage their own time, they are able to systematically and efficiently organise their tasks and activities;
- they are aware of the ethical dimension of artistic discovery and cognition and can take it into account in the work of a production and stage manager;
- they are able to coordinate the work of the creative team in cooperation with the leading personalities of the creative team (director) and define the roles and tasks of its individual members while respecting and reflecting on their views;
- they can communicate with stakeholders in the projects and productions they are working on.
