The field is guaranteed by the Music Production Department. Since its inception, a number of experts in this field have already been educated in this field. During its development, the field has reached a format in which theoretical, practical and applied courses are represented and well interconnected. Therefore, the teachers of theoretical courses are well aware of the practical art projects in which students participate and they are thus able to utilise immediate practical knowledge in theoretical teaching.

The graduate will: be able to communicate in at least two global languages

have basic knowledge of psychology and sociology

have developed computer skills

be familiar with the history of music

master the basics of dramaturgy

be versed in the field of journalism

After successfully completing his/her studies the graduate is able to:

  • Students most often find employment in cultural and artistic organisations of the non-governmental non-profit sector and in public administration
  • Graduates often also pursue their own business activities in art. These are mainly the positions of managers of orchestras, opera ensembles or art agencies
  • Last but not least, they are sought for to participate in productions in direct connection with the practical skills acquired during the studies

The study plan consists of compulsory, elective and optional courses and of compulsory artistic study outputs.

A student must obtain 60 credits for each year of studies and finish the studies with a state final examination in selected courses, graduation performance defence and bachelor's thesis defence.
