1^st paragraph: Introduction (basic information, e.g. title, genre of film/play, actors, director,
etc.). +- 2-3 sentences


2^nd paragraph: Description of the setting and a brief synopsis of the plot using

the present simple – but don’t give away the

ending. +- 4-5 sentences


3^rd paragraph: details about why you liked or

disliked the film/play (acting, storyline, music/soundtrack, special effects, etc.) +- 4-5
sentences. Use cleft sentences.


What I liked/disliked about the acting/cinematography/set/lighting/soundtrack/ choreOgraphy was the
fact that……..


4^th paragraph: your overall opinion and

recommendation to see it (or not see it).  2-3

sentences


Overall: 12-15 sentences. No sentence longer than 25 words.
