You are uploading a file to the File Depository in the unauthenticated mode. Therefore, in order to identify you in some manner, the user MgA. Mária Ostrá will be informed of the IP address of the device that you are using for uploading the file (3.137.217.17 - ec2-3-137-217-17.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com).
The person selected does not allow unauthenticated users to upload files into his/her Depository section. Provided you have a password for logging into the Information System, first log in and then upload the file. You can also contact the person and ask him/her to permit unauthenticated uploads.
