Instructions for use of the laundry in 1PP (Miele powerful industrial washing machines and dryers)
1) Connect to the internet (ideally WiFi).
2) Download the "AppWash" application.

3) When registering, enter code 50385 (Astorka - Laundry).
4) Charge your credit (from credit card or PayPal).
5) Before you head to the laundromat, check the app, that the machine is not running.
(It can still happen that someone overtakes you or the laundry from the previous cycle hasn't been picked
up yet.)
6) When you arrive in the laundry room, we recommend turning on the exhaust (next to
the light).
7) Switch on the selected device with the button .
8) Load laundry (max 7 kg) and close the door.
9) Select the language on the display (default is Czech).
10) Select a program with the wheel (special programs can be scrolled through under the symbol )
11) Specify the program and parameters on the display
(The price does not depend on the length of the program).
12) Put detergent in the washing machine drawer.
(Ideally use powder. Liquid detergent is recommended for high temperatures 70+).
13) In the application, select the machine (by its orange code), press start (payment will take place).
14) Do not run the programme unless you are at the machine in the laundry room.
15) Keep an eye on the cycle time so you can get the laundry out as soon as possible
without blocking the washing machine.
16) When using the dryer, ideally inform the concierge, they will carry out the necessary
cleaning of the filter.
17) If you find a fault with the laundry equipment, please report it to the concierge (or use
FixMate systém – QR code on the door).
