* Listed prices are per person including VAT (The City Council stay fee is not included). ** A unit represents a compartment with two separate rooms that share social amenities (toilet and bathroom). *** A self contained room has its own social amenities - not shared (4/5/601 and 4/5/610).
City Council stay fee is a required payment which is payable separately from the accommodation price. This must be paid by every person from the age of 18 for a stay under 60 days. The only exception is for students (a valid student ID will be required). The fee is payable upon arrival to the hotel and is 40,- CZK per person/per night.
