The specialization of Sacred Music, which exists in our country only at the HF JAMU, was created primarily to raise the quality of church music and to increase the artistic versatility of musicians. The aim of the study is a versatile musically educated graduate with the ability to:

- build on their studies in organ performance and improvisation while practicing more demanding organ literature.

- hold a position as a church organist or choir director, where they can apply their experience in directing a choir or ensemble

- knowledge of the organ literature necessary to provide instruction

- basic regular maintenance of their instrument and rectification of minor faults

- instruction in art schools, where they can apply their training in organ studies

  performance, improvisation and conducting

- conducting individual and group tuition

The Sacred Music specialization is built on several required and required electives that form the backbone of this program. The interweaving of specialisations creates suitable conditions for the successful employment of graduates in practice. Of course, there is a wide range of elective courses that suitably complement the study programme according to personal preferences.
