Its mission is to prepare artistic managers and producers for their future positions and to continuously develop their own creativity.

What else will the students learn?

JAMU educates students not only in the field of artistic operation, but also in management, economics, marketing or relevant legislation. The Music Production Department further develops these skills and knowledge and provides students with the freedom to pursue their self-fulfilment, whether they want to be producers or specialists in marketing and communication. However, the studies are not purely theoretical. The students will also gain rich practical experience, not only in the preparation of performances of the FoM JAMU Chamber Opera, but also with the faculty’s partners, such as the Brno Philharmonic, the National Theatre Brno and many others. Theoretical education is complemented by a series of professional meetings and conferences, such as the SYMPOSIUM: ARTS | MUSIC | MANAGEMENT.

How do students complete their studies?

At the end of the three-year studies, students not only submit their bachelor’s thesis, but also prepare their own graduation project with a musical, musical scientific or other focus.
