Course objectives
Provide introduction to jazz harmony. Clarification of basic concepts and definitions. Basic harmonious relationships diatonics.
Syllabus
  • Repetition of the general terms of music theory, such as scales, intervals, chords, inversions. Introduction to the system - concepts and signs chord symbols. Doškálné in major chords, modes, the principle of "chord scales". Cadence, diatonic reharmonizace.
