- Entrance requirements for enrollment in the course are graduated in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Introduction to Cultural Policy I, II, in the first year of study.

- Course objectives
- The aim is to unify individual practical experiences of students with financing and fundraising, to provide theoretical background for further practical activities and to look for further links between fundraising and other aspects of cultural management. The aim is to apply knowledge to practice, especially in related subjects: Independent production, including participation in an operational seminar, Organization of the International Theater Festival, Budgeting, Accounting and especially Project Management in Culture.
- Learning outcomes
- Knowledge:
Student has knowledge of fundraising (philanthropy) and related areas (marketing and PR),
the student knows the system of integration of fundraising activities into the project and strategic management of the project / institution,
the student knows the various fundraising segments,
student understands the logic of defining and developing the fundraising argument of the project / institution,
the student knows basic legal relationships and areas for all four fundraising segments.
Skills:
The student can write an analysis of fundraising options for a model example,
τη not30 τη not τη τη τη not not τη τη not30 the student can relate these arguments to the project understanding of the project / project management in the institution's program and to take into account the short- and long-term aspects of the arguments,
the student is able to make a legal analysis of the fundraising solution proposed by the previous steps,
the student presents and discusses the solutions made in the seminar,
the student can share his / her own practical individual fundraising experience with other students in a seminar through discussions and presentations (Presi presentation platform or google application).
Eligibility:
Students are able to work systematically with their own time and define their tasks and activities,
able to communicate with other students in a seminar and discuss the solutions proposed,
can present his proposal within shared documents in google applications with the teacher and with all other students in the seminar,
can critically and independently study key and complementary materials and sources commissioned by a teacher,
recognizes the ethical dimension of fundraising activities in all segments in relation to the principles of artistic work in artistic projects and institutions. - Syllabus
- The subject is included in the winter semester of the second year of the bachelor's degree in theater management. It builds on previous theoretical (management, introduction to cultural politics, theatrical operations) and practical (independent production, organization of the international theater festival) subjects. It is closely related to the project management training in the second year, which in the summer semester of fundraising is a separate task of processing a fictitious project plan. The fundraising teacher then evaluates the fundraising part of the project during the summer semester.

The course ends with a classified credit. For successful completion, attendance at the seminar, preparation and submission of all seminar assignments and successful exam are required.
Percentage rating:
attendance at the seminar: 20% leads the student to understand the way of seminar instruction
Completed seminar tasks: 40% with the teacher's feedback in the seminar. The student is able to work systematically with his / her own time and define his / her tasks and activities. The subject is included in the second grade Bachelor's degree, when the student begins to consolidate the required habits towards the theoretical and practical reflection so as to the degree of individual experience with practical fundraising is different among students in the seminar, ie it is not possible to objectify the rate of successful submission of a seminar task. BR> Written test: 40% serves to verify the synergy of the student's knowledge, skills and competencies.
