Course objectives
Objectives: To acquaint students with the basics of stage lighting in the theater as a device (control board) and technologies lighting in the theater. Teach the student to develop scenic lighting documentation. Descriptors: Students are familiar with the current and historical ways of lighting in the theater, is aware of the latest technology lighting, lighting controls in the theater including lighting performance during operation. The student has the skill to record the lighting in the theater to stage lighting documentation.
