- Course objectives
- Student is prepared to apply the acquired Advanced legal knowledge to their own management practice. Can solve standard legal situation smuvních relations, corporate law and copyright.
- Syllabus
- Legal analysis of managerial activities organized by the student within his major field projects, finding appropriate legal solutions and its processing into the desired or optimal forms. This is done through seminar work and the public by defending the seminar. Students thus resolves the situation arising not only from their own specific projects, processes and actions necessary for problem solving projects of other students, or the specified model situations
