Studenti se seznámí a budou se zdokonalovat v různých současných technikách pohybu (tzn. znalost, výzkum a cvičení) těla: Body Mind Centering (tento rok). Studenti budou vedeni k tomu, aby si o cvičení dělali zápisky a budou vedení k reflexi těchto přístupů.
