Course objectives (in Czech)
Cílem je dosažení optimálního tělesného napětí, správného držení těla plastického pohybu paží, vedených
centrálním pohybem, zcitlivování a uvědomování pohybu horních i dolních končetin od centra k periferiím, získání
jistoty v pohybu, pevnosti rychlosti a pohotovosti pohybu.
Seznámení se a procvičování základů klasické taneční techniky, práce na vylepšování držení těla, plasticitě
pohybu celého těla vypěstování cítění různých stupňů napětí v těle, rozvíjení pohybové paměti pomocí techniky
klasického tance.
