Course objectives
Objectives: To acquaint students with the theory of leadership and team Descriptors: Students will acquire theoretical support for people management and creative teams to work on projects .
Syllabus
  • 1st paradigms and principles. Ethics personality and character ethics, primary and secondary size. Paradigma, power paradigm and paradigm shift. Paradigm based on the principles. Principle of growth and change. Second manager's personality. Pathways to Performance Manager. Seven Habits of performance managers. Definition habits. The definition of performance - the product and production capability. The first third habit - Principle of enhancing personal manager proactivity on the path to personal independence Principles of personal vision. The definition of proactivity. Knowing the radar screen of a circle of competence. Influence to others and personal responsibilities. Fourth second habit - Principle of construction of a personal life plan on the way to a more effective manager orientation. The principles of personal leadership. What does it mean to begin with the end in mind. The principle of double creation. Opportunity to become creators of their own. Centrum own circle of competence, which factors lead to the expansion of centers of competence. Alternative centers and danger unilateral orientation. Third fifth habit - principles focus on the important things and accepting personal responsibility for their own decisions. Principles of personal control. The fourth generation planning time. Nut planning time and its use. The principle of delegation. Two types of delegation of authority and responsibility. The first question is from the list of questions, the other is common and is aimed at an example that a student chooses himself from his life and has there popstat entire process of organization and a specific task, before which it was built. In this question the student to demonstrate mastery of the principles of self management and other employees.
