Course objectives
Teach students to apply knowledge from current literature, cases and sources of arts management into their own (ie top-level) management practice.
Encourage students to think critically (not every method is applicable in the every case) and to discuss the ethical aspects of managing artistic institutions.
To acquaint students with the issues of international cooperation and the parameters of international entrepreneurship.
Learning outcomes
Student will:
- be familiar with current sources of theoretic management and management of art institutions in terms of management and leadership,
- apply critical thinking for analysis and selection of appropriate methods and procedures,
- to know the issues of current international cooperation in artistic management,
- to perceive the influence of management decisions on the overall ethical context of the artistic institution and the arts sector in general.

Course objectives
Objectives: To teach students to use knowledge of modern literature to design the producer's intent. Articulate a vision plan, objectives, identify and formulate problems that need to be addressed to meet the objectives. To acquaint students with the methods of strategic analysis. Formulate hypotheses related to solving problems of the business plan. Select the appropriate method for making the project as a project. Choose appropriate empirical methods of exploration environment plan, the level of occupational environment and your own strength and power solver. Perform and present at the seminar comprehensive strategic analysis of general, occupational and internal environment of the producer of the forthcoming project, summarizing SWOT analysis and formulate a strategy implementation plan. Descriptors: The student is able to recognize opportunities in a social environment to create a project (cultural work, or for establishing or improving effectiveness of cultural institutions) that develops the culture of a nation in a given area is determined as defined social groups of the population, is implemented within the specified time, or within economic limits. Student is able to articulate a vision, mission and goals of production plan, conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis of social and other conditions of implementation of the plan. It is also able to assess their own ability to deal with people and businesses, and the degree of power, which still owns. It is able to use the methods of strategic analysis to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the feasibility of the project and formulate a strategy leading to its realization.

  • Separately read selected portions of compulsory literature focused on the strategic analysis producentckého plan. Use it to create the concept of the producer's intention literature, focusing on the utilization management quotient MQ = IQ + EQ + PQ (by Yo Owen) Create and present in pwer-Point introductory part of the producer's own intention and defend their own approaches to collective discussion in class. Articulate a vision of the producer's own plan when using the methods of strategic analysis Will be used: First SLEPT - Analysis of the environment. 2nd Porter five forces analysis - Analysis of the professional environment; 3. Analysis of stakeholders; 4. Functional analysis of the potential; Results of the analyzes are summarized in a SWOT analysis of production plan. Strategy will be formulated solution procedure.

Course objectives
Teach students to apply knowledge from current literature, cases and sources of arts management into their own (ie top-level) management practice.
Encourage students to think critically (not every method is applicable in the every case) and to discuss the ethical aspects of managing artistic institutions.
To acquaint students with the issues of international cooperation and the parameters of international entrepreneurship.
Learning outcomes
Student will:
- be familiar with current sources of theoretic management and management of art institutions in terms of management and leadership,
- apply critical thinking for analysis and selection of appropriate methods and procedures,
- to know the issues of current international cooperation in artistic management,
