- Course objectives
- The aim is to give students an insight into the complexity of creative team collaboration with an emphasis on acting and collaboration.
- Learning outcomes
- Student after completing the course:
- will be able to perceive and understand the actors' efforts and approaches to the role and the theatrical text,
- will gain an idea of the demanding (not only in terms of time and creative) of the actor's work,
- will be able to communicate with members of the creative team in their own practice with a high level of sensitivity in his/her professional approach.
The student will gain practical experience with:
- feelings of acting colleagues during rehearsing and staging,
- an attempt to work the way an actor for the role. - Syllabus
- 1. Acquaintance with the group of students, identification of their individual abilities and possibilities through exercises.
2. Discussion of the dramatic text or its fragment, its analysis.
3. Cast roles
4. Reading rehearsals
5. Arranging rehearsals
6. Final rehearsals, fitting rehearsal 7. First night
8. Evaluation of work and contributions for a student
- 1. Acquaintance with the group of students, identification of their individual abilities and possibilities through exercises.
- Literature
- Pro výuku pedagog zvolí dramatický text či jeho fragment, který bude odpovídat složení a možnostem skupiny studentů.

- Modular way of teaching, ie. that the teacher plans and plans the group's cooperation according to the total number of hours (25) and individual preparation (3).
Form of teaching:
Exercise, workshop.
Teaching methods:
work with text, work with image, discussion methods, project teaching and independent work of students. - Assessment methods
- Student gets a credit after passing the course with active participation and cooperation according to the teacher's assignment.
The subject's assessment is not the student's acting work, but the degree of his / her openness to actively understand the actor's share of the work of the creative team as well as the various choices of the actor's work.
The result of the semester subject is a closed presentation of the final shape. It is up to the teacher to judge sensitively and decide whether to invite other actor teachers to this presentation, or whether the result will be presented in the form of an open lesson. - Language of instruction
