Course objectives
- To introduce students to the basics of project management and terminology, to enable them to understand the scope of project management and thinking, their benefits and possibilities of use. - Implement the listener preparation and implementation of the project into consideration before starting the project and the final evaluation. - Explain the basic methods and techniques of project management and virtually try them on the processing tasks assigned seminar. - To introduce students to the broader issues associated with planning and implementation of projects to touch topics that will be discussed more deeply in related subjects Cultural Project I. and II.

ZNALOSTI
Student dokáže:
- vysvětlit základní termíny projektového řízení (projekt, projektový cíl, projektový trojimperativ, projektové řízení, kontext, rozsah a obsah projektu, námět na projekt ad.),
- popsat životní cyklus projektu a vysvětlit účel jeho jednotlivých fází,
- popsat SMART cíl,
- popsat a vysvětlit účel a postup zpracování různých typů analýza (př. SWOT, analýza zainteresovaných stran, postimplementační analýza projektu),
- popsat náplň etap inicializace a ukončení projektu,
- vyjmenovat a popsat metody a techniky užívané v etapě plánování projektu (project canvas, work breakdown structure, seznam činností, ganttův diagram, rozpočet a cash flow projektu, bodová analýza rizik, metoda RIPRAN, matice zodpovědnosti ad.),
- vyjmenovat a popsat metody sloužící ke zhodnocení stavu projektu během jeho realizace,
- vysvětlit rozdíl mezí týmem a skupinou,
- popsat a vysvětlit principy a etapy týmové dynamiky,
- vyjmenovat a popsat základní metody týmové spolupráce.

DOVEDNOSTI
Studenti umí na základě zadání modelového námětu na projekt:
- definovat jeho základní atributy, předpoklady a limity,
- formou SWOT analýzy zmapovat, popsat a vyhodnotit jeho silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby,
- formou analýzy zainteresovaných stran zmapovat a popsat stakeholdery a navrhnout způsoby spolupráce s nimi,
- definovat hlavní a projektový cíl, výstupy a aktivity, včetně nastavení kritérií úspěšnosti a způsobu jejich ověření,
- zpracovat plán realizace postavený na základních metodách a technikách projektového řízení,
- identifikovat a analyzovat jeho základní rizika a navrhnout opatření tato rizika omezující,
- navrhnout způsoby hodnocení projektu,
- připravit setkání týmu v souladu s principy efektivního vedení porad,
- aplikovat základní metody týmové spolupráce při řešení úkolů souvisejících s modelovým projektem,
- prezentovat a diskutovat své návrhy k řešení modelového projektu se členy svého týmu i pedagogem předmětu.

ZPŮSOBILOSTI
Student je schopen:
- společně s týmem definovat úkoly, naplánovat je v čase a rozdělit mezi jednotlivé členy týmu,
- pracovat systematicky se svým časem, definovat vlastní úkoly a aktivity,
- plnit zadané úkoly s ohledem na stanovené termíny i potřeby ostatních členů týmu,
- komunikovat s týmem, diskutovat navržená řešení a dojít k společnému konsensu,
- kriticky a samostatně nastudovat klíčové i doplňující materiály a prameny zadané pedagogem.

  • This one subject focused on the basics of project management, within which students learn how to project management theory and methods with many useful and practical tools for the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. Course content is based on the demands placed on applicants for international certification grade D IPMA. - Introduction to project management. - Life cycle of a project. - SWOT analysis. - Logical Framework project. - Analysis of stakeholders. - Initialization and project preparation. - Planning the project scope (Work Breakdown Structure). - Planning of time and resources (Gantt Charts, Network Analysis, histograms). - Communication Planning (responsibility matrix). - Implementation and evaluation of projects. - Risk Management. - Team and teamwork.

summer semester This course is completed graded credit. For successful completion of the course it is necessary to be a participant / participate in at least 80% of teaching in the seminary, in teams handle a total of six practical exercises (topics: lean canvas, stakeholder analysis, project canvas, work breakdown structure, project schedule, risk analysis). The percentage weight rating: - Active presence in hours: 20% rating, - Elaboration of practical exercises: 80% rating, incl. verbal feedback educator (used to validate the skills and proficiency of the student).

Course objectives
- To introduce students to the basics of project management and terminology, to enable them to understand the scope of project management and thinking, their benefits and possibilities of use. - Implement the listener preparation and implementation of the project into consideration before starting the project and the final evaluation. - Explain the basic methods and techniques of project management and virtually try them on the processing tasks assigned seminar. - To introduce students to the broader issues associated with planning and implementation of projects to touch topics that will be discussed more deeply in related subjects Cultural Project I. and II.

ZNALOSTI
Student dokáže:
- vysvětlit základní termíny projektového řízení (projekt, projektový cíl, projektový trojimperativ, projektové řízení, kontext, rozsah a obsah projektu, námět na projekt ad.),
- popsat životní cyklus projektu a vysvětlit účel jeho jednotlivých fází,
- popsat SMART cíl,
- popsat a vysvětlit účel a postup zpracování analýzy SWOT, logické matice, analýzy zainteresovaných stran, postimplementační analýzy projektu,
- popsat náplň etap inicializace a ukončení projektu,
- vyjmenovat a popsat metody a techniky užívané v etapě plánování projektu (work breakdown structure, seznam činností, ganttův diagram, rozpočet a cash flow projektu, bodová analýza rizik, metoda RIPRAN, matice zodpovědnosti ad.),
- vyjmenovat a popsat metody sloužící ke zhodnocení stavu projektu během jeho realizace,
- vysvětlit rozdíl mezí týmem a skupinou,
- popsat a vysvětlit principy a etapy týmové dynamiky,
- vyjmenovat a popsat základní metody týmové spolupráce.

DOVEDNOSTI
Studenti umí na základě zadání modelového námětu na projekt:
- definovat jeho základní atributy, předpoklady a limity,
- formou SWOT analýzy zmapovat, popsat a vyhodnotit jeho silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby,
- formou analýzy zainteresovaných stran zmapovat a popsat stakeholdery a navrhnout způsoby spolupráce s nimi,
- definovat hlavní a projektový cíl, výstupy a aktivity, včetně nastavení kritérií úspěšnosti a způsobu jejich ověření,
- zpracovat plán realizace postavený na základních metodách a technikách projektového řízení,
- identifikovat a analyzovat jeho základní rizika a navrhnout opatření tato rizika omezující,
- navrhnout způsoby hodnocení projektu,
- připravit setkání týmu v souladu s principy efektivního vedení porad,
- aplikovat základní metody týmové spolupráce při řešení úkolů souvisejících s modelovým projektem,
- prezentovat a diskutovat své návrhy k řešení modelového projektu se členy svého týmu i pedagogem předmětu.

ZPŮSOBILOSTI
Student je schopen:
- společně s týmem definovat úkoly, naplánovat je v čase a rozdělit mezi jednotlivé členy týmu,
- pracovat systematicky se svým časem, definovat vlastní úkoly a aktivity,
- plnit zadané úkoly s ohledem na stanovené termíny i potřeby ostatních členů týmu,
- komunikovat s týmem, diskutovat navržená řešení a dojít k společnému konsensu,
- kriticky a samostatně nastudovat klíčové i doplňující materiály a prameny zadané pedagogem.

  • This one subject focused on the basics of project management, within which students learn how to project management theory and methods with many useful and practical tools for the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. Course content is based on the demands placed on applicants for international certification grade D IPMA. - Introduction to project management. - Life cycle of a project. - SWOT analysis. - Logical Framework project. - Analysis of stakeholders. - Initialization and project preparation. - Planning the project scope (Work Breakdown Structure). - Planning of time and resources (Gantt Charts, Network Analysis, histograms). - Communication Planning (responsibility matrix). - Implementation and evaluation of projects. - Risk Management. - Team and teamwork.

The results of these exercises are continuously presented and reflected both the teacher and other students. Assessment methods
summer semester This course is completed graded credit. For successful completion of the course it is necessary to be a participant / participate in at least 80% of teaching in the seminary, in teams handle a total of six practical exercises (topics: SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis, logical framework of the project work breakdown structure, project schedule, risk analysis) and succeed in the final test. The percentage weight rating: - Active presence in hours: 20% rating, - Elaboration of practical exercises: 30% rating, incl. verbal feedback educator (used to validate the skills and proficiency of the student) - Written test: 50% (used to verify the student's knowledge).
