The aim of the course is to guide students to understand the trends of modern theater and to find ways to bring them closer to viewers and to provide feedback to the theatre makers.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
-confront competently the artistic outputs of theatre productions with their perception by the audience,
- search for ways and to co-create the conditions for interpretation and understanding of the new creative practices by the audience.
Syllabus
  • Student is guided to use the knowledge and skills acquired during his/her study, the ability to absorb and reflect the more complex topics and to take an independent stance on such topics. Emphasis is placed on the issues of more demanding forms of theater work in connection with the audience reception.
  • Discussion of the research intentions of Master's diploma theses in terms of theater dramaturgy and dramaturgical practice is also a part of the seminar.

Course objectives
The aim is to lead students to understand the tendencies of modern theater and finding ways of managerial action of these trends to audiences and convey the feedback of the audience towards creators.
Syllabus
  • It is expected to use the knowledge and skills acquired in the course of the study, the ability to absorb and reflect the more complex topics, formulate an independent stance. Emphasis is placed on issues of particular consuming forms of theater work in connection with its audience reception. The seminar also aims debate master theses in terms of theatrical dramaturgy and dramaturgical practice.
