Course objectives
To acquaint students with the principles and methods of understanding and influencing people in working groups and teams. Getting to know people in existing working groups. Principles of assigning tasks and methods for their implementation. Methods of stimulating and motivating people in working groups and ways of improving their skills. To explain the formation and management of working groups and their transformation into effective teams. Students are able to explore the role of working groups and teams and assign them to their co-workers according to their properties and personal zaměření.Student ja able to motivate and stimulate their colleagues Outsource their work and check them, is able to recommend their further education. Student knows the ways of solving conflicts in working groups and be able to effectively deal.

  • Understanding and influencing people in working groups and teams. Diagnosis, strategies and tactics to influence people working slupinách. Motivation - basic concepts. Motives, incentives, motivational foundation, motivational position, motivational tune, Motivational diversity and motivational harmony. Golden Rule motivation. Four basic types of motivational foundation. Description of the tests and the motivation of the "explorers", "those who taking over", "those who reconciled" and "tech refine what". Relationship with vital signs-enterprise groups. Orientation at work. Three types of information that people need for their work. Tasking. Result a procedural way of assigning tasks and their effectiveness. Providing information about the outcome of the task. Feedback. The principle of "Minute Manager". Information about man's relationship to the group (business team). Analysis of the relational field. Three levels of staff satisfaction. Habilitation - developing skills. Options manager. Methods of influencing people skills. Effectiveness results in the application of learning methods. Conflicts between people in the process. Analysis of conflicting behaviors and managing conflict people. Individual development worker. Four stages of individual development in the enterprise. Pyramid personal development worker. Lectures and discussions on the questions of students
Assessment methods
The course in the spring semester ended with oral exam from two drawn questions with discussion of the circuits forming the content of the questions. Are considered additional questions related to the content. The list of questions the students are known in advance. Student can apply for the exam if it has at least 80% attendance at lectures
