- Course objectives
- To provide a comprehensive view of the development and history of management and its linkage to economic and social sciences. Extend existing knowledge of management (sequential function) about other management specificities such as crisis management, crowd management, PR in times of crisis, information and knowledge management, including digitalisation of culture from a management perspective. Another area is innovation, cognition and creativity, quality management.
From a leadership issues the aim is to provide detailed knowledge of the theory of motivation, motivation and coaching in team work, time management, conflict resolution, communication from the perspective of intercultural teams, gender issues and virtual teams.
The aim of the second year is to understand the principles, procedures and theories as they were formed during the formation of management as a discipline, an understanding of a structured system of management theory. Student should be able to gradually apply selected principles and practices that are useful for work in the field of theatrical production.
Students are confronted in this semester with questions that lead them to become aware of their own relationship responsibilities, the goal is to achieve consciousness that the future leadership position is linked to the setting of inner environment of a leader, his/her ability to take responsibility and make the right decision at the right time. - Learning outcomes
- Completing this semester the graduate is able to:
- identify and choose the appropriate conflict management procedure,
- become self-sufficient in a crisis situation as well as to establish a procedure for crisis management in an institution.
- apply the principles of crowd management, describe the institution's developmental crisis and apply a suitable way of communicating with the public in a crisis situation,
- use the knowledge of the motivation theory in own production practice, to apply coaching principles to their co-workers, or to communicate about the need for coaching with their superiors.
- to manage team and team work, to identify the stage of team maturity and to detect individual team members in order to choose individual leadership style towards them.
- understand the issue of information and knowledge management,
- understand the issues and typology of innovation and the role of creativity in the development of the operation of artistic institutions,
- understand quality management, its role for the institution's strategic development (continuous improvement), and is able to understand quality management tools,
- apply principles for time management, self-management (personal management) and principles of relationship responsibility,
- understand the issues of the communication process within intercultural teams, virtual teams, and gender issues in team work. - Syllabus

- Assessment is based on the oral exam. To pass the exam, the student must meet 80 % of attendance at the lectures, the absence must be excused via e-mail.
The oral exam is without preparation. Student draws two question from two set of questions that contains the knowledge gained over the entire academic year.

- Course objectives
- To provide a comprehensive view of the development and history of management and its linkage to economic and social sciences. Extend existing knowledge of management (sequential function) about other management specificities such as crisis management, crowd management, PR in times of crisis, information and knowledge management, including digitalisation of culture from a management perspective. Another area is innovation, cognition and creativity, quality management.
From a leadership issues the aim is to provide detailed knowledge of the theory of motivation, motivation and coaching in team work, time management, conflict resolution, communication from the perspective of intercultural teams, gender issues and virtual teams.
The aim of the second year is to understand the principles, procedures and theories as they were formed during the formation of management as a discipline, an understanding of a structured system of management theory. Student should be able to gradually apply selected principles and practices that are useful for work in the field of theatrical production.
Students are confronted in this semester with questions that lead them to become aware of their own relationship responsibilities, the goal is to achieve consciousness that the future leadership position is linked to the setting of inner environment of a leader, his/her ability to take responsibility and make the right decision at the right time. - Learning outcomes
- Completing this semester the graduate is able to:

- Objectives: Objectives: To consolidate the knowledge of managerial techniques and skills, with an emphasis on the issues of continuous management functions, management and leadership. and the integration of project management into artistic institutions (strategic management). - Course objectives
- To acquaint students with the principles and methods of understanding and influencing people in working groups and teams. Getting to know people in existing working groups. Principles of assigning tasks and methods for their implementation. Methods of stimulating and motivating people in working groups and ways of improving their skills. To explain the formation and management of working groups and their transformation into effective teams. Students are able to explore the role of working groups and teams and assign them to their co-workers according to their properties and personal zaměření.Student ja able to motivate and stimulate their colleagues Outsource their work and check them, is able to recommend their further education. Student knows the ways of solving conflicts in working groups and be able to effectively deal.

- Understanding and influencing people in working groups and teams. Diagnosis, strategies and tactics to influence people working slupinách. Motivation - basic concepts. Motives, incentives, motivational foundation, motivational position, motivational tune, Motivational diversity and motivational harmony. Golden Rule motivation. Four basic types of motivational foundation. Description of the tests and the motivation of the "explorers", "those who taking over", "those who reconciled" and "tech refine what". Relationship with vital signs-enterprise groups. Orientation at work. Three types of information that people need for their work. Tasking. Result a procedural way of assigning tasks and their effectiveness. Providing information about the outcome of the task. Feedback. The principle of "Minute Manager". Information about man's relationship to the group (business team). Analysis of the relational field. Three levels of staff satisfaction. Habilitation - developing skills. Options manager. Methods of influencing people skills. Effectiveness results in the application of learning methods. Conflicts between people in the process. Analysis of conflicting behaviors and managing conflict people. Individual development worker. Four stages of individual development in the enterprise. Pyramid personal development worker. Space for individual development worker in the company. Types of careers and their importance for individuals and businesses. The concept of corporate culture and the factors that shape it. The construction of the pyramid of corporate culture. Leadership groups and teams. Assessment of interpersonal relationships. Use of the contest. Promoting cooperation. Regulating dedication. Preventing destruction. Coping with passivity. Choosing relationship behavior. Strategies relationship behavior. Differences between people. Conflicts in the group.
