Course objectives

Objective: Graduated with a basic overview of the law and Contractual skills. Descriptors: knowledge of the law, its basic principles and structure with a focus on private law, a general overview of the various legal institutions, ability to solve common problems in the field of legal obligations and to recognize when you need to contact a lawyer.

Syllabus

• WS: introduction a man of justice, freedom and equality as the principles of law raison d'être of law, the concept of law, and power, law and society subject of a system of law, general principles of law legal entities (individuals, legal persons, state) Making law, legal language and its peculiarities sources of law, legal norm (types, internal structure, "life" of laws) interpretation and application Civil law - general part concept, sources, system, principles civil reality legal act (types and species characteristics, requirements, creation, content, conditions, results) time as a legal reality (counting time, the effects of the passage of time) natural persons, legal persons, state, fitness, household and person close representation (concept, direct, indirect, contractual and legal power of attorney) object and the content of civil relations (direct, indirect, thing, right ...) Civil law - real rights property right (a term limitation, protection, ownership) acquisition of property rights (occupation, tolerating things lost, abandoned and hidden contract, inheritance by law and wills ...) tenure (term holder of authorized and unauthorized) property rights to things foreign (easements, liens,.SS: Law of Obligations - General Part obligation, debt, debt, creditor, debtor, joint commitments ... Contract (concept, principles, closure, withdrawal, in favor of a third, about the contract. future, unnamed, consumer) changes in liabilities (assignment of receivables, accession to the debt agreement, delay, ..) Security Interests (penalty, liability, acknowledgment of debt, securing the transfer of rights ...) termination of obligations (fulfillment, cancellation, termination, waiver or settlement, counting, ...)
